Do you offer delivery and setup for events?Yes! We provide delivery, setup & pickup for all event floral designs. Our team ensures that everything is placed perfectly, so you can enjoy your event stress-free. We will return at the end of your event to pick up any florals and rental items, making your night easier and more enjoyable. You can relax knowing we’ll handle the cleanup, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your day or evening. Delivery fees may apply based on distance and event size.

How do we book Rooted Goods for our wedding or event?Booking with Rooted Goods is easy! Start by filling out our inquiry form on our website (link below) — share just a few details about your date, venue, and floral vision. From there, we’ll be in touch to schedule a consultation and talk through your event needs. Once we’re aligned on the vision and proposal, a signed contract and deposit will officially reserve your date on our calendar.

We specialize in weddings and large events, providing everything from bouquets and centerpieces to on-site installations and venue decor. Our team is experienced in managing multiple design elements, ensuring your event looks cohesive and beautiful.

Do you travel for events?Yes! We love any excuse to get out of town. Traveling gives us the chance to explore new areas and flower at venues that are fresh and inspiring to the Rooted Goods team. Whether your event is in the next town or across state lines, we're always up for the journey!

What items can I purchase in your shop?Our flower shop is a curated space filled with beautiful, thoughtful goods! You’ll find: Fresh seasonal flower arrangements and hand-tied bouquets A variety of houseplants and unique planters Locally made gifts and small-batch goods Cards, candles, and curated home decor items DIY floral kits and seasonal specials (when available) We’re always bringing in new finds and rotating seasonal favorites, so each visit feels a little different. How do I place an order for flowers?Placing an order with Rooted Goods is easy and fun! You can: Call us: Give us a ring or text at 984-789-2891, and our team will help you select the perfect blooms for your occasion. Visit us: Stop by our shop to pick out flowers in person. We love welcoming guests into our store and meeting new folks. Order online: Head to our website for a simple, convenient ordering process. Choose from our pre-designed bouquets or request a custom arrangement. Email us: If you have specific requests or want to discuss an event, submit our contact form, and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Please note: Due to demand and floral availability, we request 48 business hours for turnaround time on all orders, especially for custom designs. For large orders, events, or weddings, we recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. As our calendar allows, we're happy to help turn out a quick elopement or wedding package in a shorter window of time.

What are your store hours?As we’re in the early days of operating our storefront flower, plant, and gift shop, we’re still learning how to best serve our community. Our current hours are a bit exclusive, which allows us to dedicate time to private event consultations and prepare for larger, on-location weddings and installations. We appreciate your patience and support as we grow—and encourage you to check our website or social media for the most up-to-date hours each week.

Where is your shop located?Our storefront is located at 435 Athletic Club Blvd, in the heart of Clayton, NC. We’re nestled among other small businesses and love being part of the local scene! Street parking is usually available out front, and there are a few public lots within walking distance - both behind the storefronts and across Manning Dr. If you’re stopping by for a quick pickup, feel free to give us a call—we’ll do our best to make it easy for you!
